Privacy Policy
Last Revised: 2026
Welcome to the official legal documentation for RunFlex. The stipulations below explicitly govern the engagement boundaries regarding our New York directory infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with the RunFlex directory to locate suitable sporting facilities for your child, we may collect the following data arrays:
- Personal Details: Names, phone numbers (+1), and email addresses explicitly inputted inside the lead generation contact forms.
- Children Demographic Data: Age groups matching the requested sports criteria. We DO NOT compel you to provide your child's immediate legal name during discovery.
- Automated Signals: IP address traces mapping your broad geography (e.g., verifying a user acts from Manhattan rather than a foreign server), user agent tracking, and general browser metrics executed to prevent automated scraping abuse.
2. COPPA Compliance (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
RunFlex rigorously adheres to COPPA requirements under United States federal regulations. Our service is designed exclusively for usage by parents, guardians, or individuals aged 18+. We DO NOT knowingly or directly solicit any personal identification details from individuals under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a minor submitted standalone details via our interface, our policy forces immediate deletion.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Applications
As an intermediary platform matching parents to partnered Academies, we must transmit your basic contact form inputs to the destination School Manager. By clicking "Send Request," you actively authorize this transition. Furthermore, tracking architectures like Google Analytics or Meta Pixels may process anonymous aggregated session maps.
4. Information Security
We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption and restrictive database partitioning to obscure user credentials. However, given the nature of cross-web delivery patterns to third-party sporting facilities, no system represents 100% invulnerability.
