Welcome to the official legal documentation for RunFlex. The stipulations below explicitly govern the engagement boundaries regarding our New York directory infrastructure.

1. Definition of Services

RunFlex operates strictly as an informational and discovery directory ("The Platform"). We provide aggregated metrics, scheduling assumptions, mapped locations, and reviews of independent youth athletic franchises operating primarily within New York parameters. RunFlex itself is not an athletic academy.

2. Intermediary Liability Boundaries

You acknowledge fundamentally that any injuries, contractual disagreements, or scheduling conflicts that occur directly with a Partner Facility are solely the responsibility of that specific facility. RunFlex vets underlying partner credentials extensively, but does not accept legal complicity for the actions taken by autonomous third-party coaches, staff, or administration operating the physical premises.

3. User Integrity & Submissions

By utilizing the catalog booking protocols, you warrant that all contact data submitted is authentic and represents your legal identity. Providing false names to circumvent system protections, or launching automated attacks against the scheduling relays, immediately terminates your access license under US copyright protections.

4. Modification of Services

RunFlex reserves the unilateral right to append, suspend, or terminate specific academy directory listings at will without proactive notification to users mapping those endpoints.
