Welcome to the official legal documentation for RunFlex. The stipulations below explicitly govern the engagement boundaries regarding our New York directory infrastructure.

1. The Free Catalog Premise

It is completely free to search, read reviews, map districts, and engage trial requests through the RunFlex infrastructure. We do not extract fees from parents for utilizing the directory service. Therefore, no refunds are processed directly by the RunFlex namespace.

2. Partner Facility Refunds

Payments made for seasonal semesters, uniform commitments, or standardized session fees are managed and legally handled exclusively by the specific Academy (e.g., Manhattan Soccer Elite, Brooklyn Swim School). If you require a refund due to a child's injury, scheduling disruption, or dissatisfaction, you must formally petition that specific academy's billing administrators acting upon their distinct legal charter.

3. Dispute Mediation

Should a registered Partner Academy repeatedly refuse logically justified refunds violating their explicit agreements, RunFlex may intercede informally and ultimately suspend their directory placement. Contact [email protected] with corroborating documentation.
